About a year or a year and half for monos and occels....others start breeding more like a year and a half and up...u can vent the pbass. o> is male and oO is female

can u tell if the are a male or female the pic are 3 months old and they are about 1 year and 3 months old.

If you can post pics of the under side of your fish just before the anal we could sex them for you. My pair is around 16" have paired off, cleaned their site but haven't produced any eggs yet. I'm waiting to come home one day to a nice set of eggs from them.
