What are the differences between the two temperament/ eating habits?

Fish in the photo is a mono, not much difference in eating habits between the different Cichla. Temperament varies from fish to fish. Orinos are said to be nasty, I haven’t kept any so I can’t comment on that, but my Azul is ruthless.

I am new to the whole peacock bass game, whats a Mono & I remember the name of this Bass started with an "O" but thats all I can remember. Personally I think its an Ocellaris, but is there a difference between the two?

Your fish is a Monoculus not Ocellaris or Orino. They are different species and have different markings and collection points.
