Looking at your signature I take it neil got back to you mate
Also the Monos I got from Ross are Occel so your babies are most likely Occel not Mono (if they are the same batch!)
Yes he did, sent the order form today. They may turn out to be ocells but I'm thinking hybrids even now. I will still order from ross in the future like you as he has been really good up till now.
Yours look very ocell though I'm never 100% with ocells until they get red eyes, I'm sure yours will. I've grown out hybrids before and these already look similar. They have the cheek marks of a young mono but are already getting the red tint in their eyes of a ocell. Their stripes are like most hybrids/monos, a diamond shaped dot rather than a full length vertical bar like a true ocell. The best case scenario is them being true monos.

Where are you getting your perch from? I know place near London that has one around 8 inches at the moment.
