Orinos fighting!!

Can verify that orinos are aggressive. My female would NOT stop effing with my big male hybrid, even after he pushed her face into a heater. She's blind in both eyes now because of the scraps that SHE always started, and ended with her getting shoved into the corners of the tank, and /still/ starts $#!% with him even though he's like twice her mass.

When I had my first bass it was an o and it was a bully then I got my first wc Matto grosso Azul and xingu needless to say the wc Azul showed the cb orino how they handled things out in the streams lol

Still one of my favorite Azul!!

And super rugged I had one jump out of my tank once and my cat got it by the gill plate and just behind the gills on the opposite side, it didn't get its eyeball or anything, this perticular morning my wife and oldest daughter were out in the living room getting ready to leave for school/work and saw it all go down but I was able to pick the fish up mid flop (cat dropped it by this point it was to heavy for it lol) and tossed it back in the tank healed it up with salt and daily wc's now u can't really tell it happened just has a slight scar on gill plate left, I have pics still of it but wrong thread to post that in lol

I've never heard of those Azuls do you have any pics?

I don't of anything currently and the tank there in is to crowded rt now so I'll get some when I get my 300 long resealed for them and back to being happy fish again.
