Are your Kelberi's timid / shy? Mine is very timid, it will never get close to the surface of the tank, and it refuses to eat all but live. Ive gone as far as to just feed market shrimp for 7 days, all the others will eat but the Kelberi wont even turn at it. It just waits patiently for live day. Im almost convinced that it would starve to death before it took prepared food.

Yeah they're pretty timid, always swimming towards the back of the tank. So far I've only seen one take market shrimp, but it would munch on it for a sec and spit it out. The orinos on the other hand are swimming everywhere and sometimes I'll see the kelberis get comfortable to swim towards the front if thats where the orinos are but rarely do they do that..

My Kelberi is fine as long as I am not in the room. I see him out front with the Pinima, and Orino. But as soon as he knows I am coming, he hides behind or under a piece of driftwood.
he is not really aggressive feeder, even with live.
