Orino's lost there blue color

how can you tell their females? I can't believe I lost a brokopondo already. Nothing else seems sick or isn't eating, these broko's just aren't eating since the first day I received them. Pennreels suggested ghost shrimp stuffed with pellets, and thats what I have every fish on now. But the broko's just won't eat, they look alittle skinny.

You know what you have to do jimmie get some live bro ...I was just kidding about the females man !!!!!! but i was serious about the fish getting upset and losing color i was trywn to be funny and add info at the same time ...and by female i meant they werent giving you color cuz they werent getting what they wanted LOL!!!!
 
It could be the temperature. I've never kept cichla, but most people who do on this site have always recommended a temperature of 86F.
