Thanks man. I'm torn on my next move...do I hold out and buy up orinos as they become available? Or stock up on other species...namely WC monos, occels, and a pinima?




The sad face is heart wrenching . These cichla have resparked my interest in the hobby like no other. I think I finally found the niche in the hobby I've been looking for all these years.

To the rest...thanks for the kind words! Can't wait to see how these guys mature and develop.

HAHA Pete you know it. You gotta have those LV shades sitting by the tank for times like these . Diet on these guys is straight forward...mostly Massivore, algae wafers, NLS pellets. I offer shrimp and tilapia regularly but they dont give them much attention.

HAHA gotta love it. He told me they were eating algae wafers like no other. I couldn't believe when they damn near jumped out the water to grab the next piece. Incredible...now to get some 24k in this tank dream come true.
