Thats what I thought but then I saw that the other 3 were the same as him at the store and the only other fish in with them was a 3-4" silver aro, do you think the aro did it?

if its small and has external gills chances are its cb since most wc's dont come in that small

I can't tell, but are the fins torn at all? If so, it might be from them fighting each other as well.
