they should not pursue each other, as they are almost blind

adding more should help
i mean, if you triple thep opulation or add some senegals, dels, endli and palmas, thsi will stop the problem hopefully
if it doesnt, then you are screwed

but, how bout this
hget rid of the small one thats attacking, and get another one.
maybe its just a aggressive fish you have.

my ornate which is about 15 inches never attacks and hides wiht the 4 dels, 2 palmas and 1 albino senegalus in my 1200 litre tank.

but its a very passive ornate

That's funny you say they are almost blind I don't beleive that at all when i walk in the room mine see me and come to the front of the tank.
Also if one is at the back of the tank and i put my finger on the front glass they come to the front instantly or even when i sit in the front of the tank if i rase one of my arms up they come up to the front glass....they seam to have pretty good eysight to me?

you can add a 1 or 2 bichirs, to lessen their aggression (add only upper jaw species) and follow what the others said. more hiding space, a pot or a couple of plant would do. or even driftwood
