haha thank you, i hope she turns out very nice, but yeah i agree, but i thonk with a bigger fish she wont be so curious, for example my arowana :)
 
umm i havent decided yet o the sand colour hao, somethinng to bring her colour out nice?
 
i was wondering if this aggression could be due to 'competition'. like i said with mine, its the 14" ornate that bullies my 11" palmas and leaves alone the 4/5" birchirs. as they are bottom dwelling the palmas may be seen as a threat. with your aro it might not seem threatened as its a top dweller but the oscar is mid water and are known to dig? could that be possible?

ornates will keep that color in any substrate :D but if left in dark sub prob darken the color a little bit and if sub is light then maybe make the color little paler
