What arenyou feeding them and are you feeding after lights out ?
I feed massivore, krill, shrimp,, night crawlers, I've thrown in smaller pellets I feed to my smaller fish just to see if they'd go for it which are shrimp pellets and these loach pellets but my cats go crazy over them more than the loaches do so I figured why not try it, I'm desperate anyway, I was recommended change my water 2 times a week instead of once so I've been doing that sometimes I do it three if I have nothing better to do on a day, but nothing, I've raised temps for awhile and nothing, I need a new heater now though, I noticed it makes my black wolf try to jump so I'm not using it. I'm not really sure what else to try. I feed every other day, I usually throw in the krill and massivore during the day cause they don't go for that really and the worms at night, and I sit there for maybe a half hour to see but still nothing, idk if they get them overnight I wouldn't be able to notice a lump in the ornate as he hides somewhat and the lap I don't usually notice a lump.

Maybe there is too much competition for food ? Sound like an interesting tank. What kind of cats are you keeping

The activity of my Ornate is closely tied to temperature. 78 degrees and he's as active as an mbuna. 76 or below and he hides til nightfall.
