O's With Arowana

Hello, I am tempeting to keep my 2 2'' Albino oscars with a 3'' silver. Do you think I'll be able to do it?? The tank size will be a 150 with the 2 oscars, a silver arowana, some silverdollar, the fire eel, and a couple angelfish!! Thanks for all your help!

They should be fine. The only thing is that you're probably going to need a bigger tank with good filtration. Also, oscars and silver aros grow fast. Make sure your other fish don't become food. Otherwise, that sounds like a pretty good mix. Good luck, The Doctor.

They should be fine cuz the silver is bigger than the oscar yet the oscar isnt big enough for the silver to put in its mouth.

I was worried about the angels and silver dollars. When my silver aro was alive, it ate my clown knife that was half it's size. I woke up with half the clown knife sticking out of my aro's mouth. It's funny. Usually when oscars and most aros are young, they will attack anything smaller. However, when they are mature, they will usually leave little fish alone. That's why dither fish work. your oscars may be different but my oscar destroed a oscar 5" bigger the oscar was 3"

I don't think the angels will nip the aro. But I'll keep watch on it. I haven't got the arowana yet though!
