Hi All,
I have 6 oscars of around 5-6 inch in a 4*1.5*1.5 tank. Two of them are Tiger and rest all are cover. Recently there's an aggression issue which is affecting 3 of the best coppers from the lot. Someday their fins, scales or bodies are bruised and injured. Need advice to solve the situation.
Thanks!!

based on your dimensions (48x18x18 inchs) that's a "67g "tank. I don't know alot about Oscars but I do know that you are way over stocked . I have 2 5" inch Oscars in a 75g . that's just a temporary tank and that tank already looks small. Oscars need large tanks to swim and especially since they grow up to 12 inchs . someone with more experience will chime in soon.

Like others have said you have to many fish for your tank size and chosen fish.

I have a single Oscar growing out in a 55g, it's about the size-ish you mention yours is, and it already makes the tank look small. I couldn't imagine what it would be like with 5 more in there.

Simple fix is to rehome some of them, or get a bigger tank. For 6 adult Oscars I would say at least 180 6x2x2 foot tank, probably more like a 240 8x2x2.

Oscar's are messy dirty fish, how is your water parameters, how often do you do water changes, I change mine every 3 days 50%. With that many Oscars in that small of a tank you must be doing it daily?
