Oscar and geophagus

Geos are slow growers and rivulatus grow much faster, but 6-7" tapajos are full grown, so no worries there. The geos will end up being a bit smaller than a male rivulatus and a lot smaller than the oscar, but a female rivulatus would be about the same size. In short, keep an eye on aggression later on when the rivulatus and oscar get some size on them. Many people report aggressive rivulatus while an almost equal number report calm rivulatus, so it's a 50/50 chance really, but having plenty of hiding spots, sight breaks and high numbers of the geos (8 is perfect) will go a long way to making sure the tank remains peaceful.

As far as the oscar goes, rearrange the tank decor and that should help get it to stop being territorial. It will probably pout for a while because you took his spot away, but he'll come around eventually. He may just pick another spot and continue the behavior. If that happens, rearrange the tank again. If it continues to happen, you might have to consider rehoming/moving it since it will eventually end up being a real bruiser at 6"+ larger than the rivulatus and 8"+ larger than the geos.
