its gonna depend on the oscar. mine leaves the eel alone and doesn't eat the same food as the eel so I don't have any problems.

now if my oscar had any interest in worms I would be in trouble bc it would eat them before it got to the eel.

Depends on the dempsey's temperment, it may do fine, but the eel might get picked on.

i had a tt with two oscar and a snook till he jumped out... they where fine he would even steal food from their mouths..

I've got my tiretrack with an oscar in my 29 growout, but they're both pretty small, and they don't even notice each other.
