My Tiger Oscar always has like clear slimey stuff coming out of him and it floats around the tank, what is this stuff? I never knew what the hell this stuff is lol.

Your oscars problem is caused from stress or bad water quality. What size tank is it in, how large is it and what are your water parameters?
It's the slime coat peeling off. An Oscar in a 40 gallon tank can cause that. Other fish think it's tasty, does he have any tankmates in that tank?
