I give mine a diet based on hikari gold, tetra color bits, diced earthworm, and lettuce occasionally. There was a thread a month ago covering this... http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=232280

I give mine floating Hikari Gold , crawfish , minnows and crickets . Then to be a tank bully he will eat the plecos algea wafers and cucumber .

red tiger's diet : Sera red parrot, Tetra red parrot
orange tiger's diet ( and her mate in my avatar ) : Hikari cichlid bio-gold+ , Tetra doromin

orange one is the mother of red one.

How do u know if its a Lutino?

I go with Omega One and pellets from Kensfish now. Have also used Hikari and occasionally feed shrimp. Raised mine from 6" to 14", never a ign of HITH.

How do u know if its a Lutino?

Whatever I call him someone says how do you know? lol. I don't know and couldn't find out its a lutino or lemon or albino or whatever else. I just wanted to call him something.

HBH Shrimp Pellets (occasional)
HBH Oscar Grow (often)
HBH African Cichlid ATTACK (often)
Ocean Nutrition Cichlid Deluxe Floating Pellets (often)
Tetra ColorBits (occasional)
HBH Goldfish Discs (often)
Pro Balance Koi Food (It's a high protein food)(often)
Hikari Sinking Carnivore Pellets (Very Often)
HBH Algae Grazers (often)
Apple
Crickets
Boiled chicken (very rarely)
Any food I'm eating that is appropriate.

He's a happy fish...
