Yeah 3 is a crowd with oscars unless you have a huge tank, 1 will always be the outcast and take the brunt of the harassment. Also a 75g doesnt leave much territory for 2 let alone 3 oscars, i have 2 in a 90g (same footprint as 75) and when they hit about 5" i had minor territory disputes.
I found once i added a massive piece of driftwood to the center to somewhat split the tank and break the line of sight things got alot better.
i would suggest only keeping 2 together and watching them closely.
Try to break up the tank a bit with deco and blind spots. But itll all come down to whether or not they decide they want to live together.
White/Albino/Lutino oscars arent any less aggressive than regular pattern oscars, its fish personality/tank size dependant.
