oscar fish tattoo

Im really keen on getting a tattoo of an oscar on my body, ive seen what i want on a guys avator picture on mfk somewhere, its a cartoon style oscar, but the problem is ive forgotten what this guys name is !!!, anybody know who he is ?, i would be greatful if anyone can put me in contact with him/her to ask if he can email me the design.

Also anyone on mfk got any fishy tattoos, lets see um.
