we've always have had guppies in the u.k. the ones i buy are 'mickey mouse'guppies, because at the back they have a pattern of mickey mouse (well, just a circle and 2 dots that resemble ears) £2. other guppies usually are in the £1.50 price tag. . . expensive meal for a fish,wouldnt you say?

at the moment im keeping a few tanks.main one is my sting ray tank that my oscars are temporarly hhoused in. got a heckelii in there too.
other tank has cichlasoma pearsei and a colony of baby argentea's (in my avatar)
and clown loach.

oscars eat anything YES!they also poo a lot too. so make sure before you get your lovelies that you have a good filter running. good water maintenance is the secret to producing nice strong oscars. (and any other fish come to think off it)
