NLS hands down the best IMO. The RD in my avatar has been raised on NLS and that's all he eats. 5MM floating.

You cant go wrong with a high quality pellet by NLS, Omega One or Hikari.

Sorry....my oscar is 5 to 6inches big what size pellet should I buy? also I have 2 overflow boxes so ill use sinking pellets I suppose so it doesn't get sucked into my sump

3mm sinking would work fine. Try Thera +A if you can find it, but any of the NLS formulas will work just as well they are all very similar. You don't need very large pellets I use the smallest size practial it avoids waste.

Thera +A is a type of NLS w/a little more garlic. Go to the NLS web site all the info is there.

I use whole frozen krill when I cant get live treats. For live treats my Oscars get crickets, earthworms and nightcrawlers.
