mineral pyrimid??

they are worthless...

growing your fish out require three major things...

1. varied diet
2. constant water changes
3. enuf room

ya just gotta be patient, there are no real shortcutz! :)

i dont think its tempering with naturer caus the reason i think it makes em grow is cause of hi protien and its not like fish dont have protine in the wild

If fish were ment to grow that fast they would do so allready in the wild as food would be plentyfull.

Also high in protien, Protien helps growth but only slightly, Protein acts as a muscle and body fat replacment in fish this then helps them grow but only slightly ! The fish would need a lot of PROTEIN to grow fast this could then lead to HIGH BLOOD PRESURE in fish then maybe ..... Death ! fish are quite intelligent they know how to balence there diet.

So this " Oscar grow" is in my eye's a freak in nature it would almost definatly hold some sort of re-precusions i'e shorter life span maybe lower a fishes imunesystem, and leave the fish open to fungal infections.

mmmmm he said jag, me likey jags:D

If the long chemical names are vitamin complexes and preservatives and Not hormones then it appears that the growth formula is just a well varied diet in a can and I don't see how it could hurt any more than giving several different brands of good quality foods instead of just one, you may be paying a premium price though. If it is growth hormones or steroids it is bad news.

i feed my oscars hikari pellets in the morning and crickets at night....frozen brime shrimp on weekends for a treat, they grow very fast, like 1/2 inch per month or more........i got them a few months ago 1 1/2 inch long, and now they are 6 1/2 inches................ wow......

I know you could hardly tell that isn't real hair huh.... I've had a lot of practice with dressing up fish and stuff we sell.
