Oscar growth rate? Is this normal?

My two are growing that fast. They grow super freaky fast when small. Especially when on an awesome diet like that. He will start to slow down a little here soon.

Love baby Oscars! They are like little puppies... unless they are sulking :(

@joeypaul, I find that growth rate very hard to believe having kept Oscars off and on for nearly 20 years. I'm not saying it's impossible, just have never seen close to that growth. Can you please give a bit more info about your tank size and feeding? Please don't take that the wrong way. I'm interested in hearing about your experiences. Thanks

I am guilty of overfeeding @ first. I had him in a 60 gallon. I think the growth is due to the fact that I was doing water changes 5 times a week. Every single person who sees the growth is shocked. He truly went from 3 to 10 inches in 3 months.
