Do you have another tank you can move him into by himself. You're going to want to raise the temperature to about 86-88 degrees for about 2 weeks and add salt at the rate of 1 tablespoon per 5 gallons. Make sure you have plenty of surface agitation by either a bubbler or a power head.
 
This amount? And I have iodized salt is that okay? Also I added mardel quick cure, don't you think others will already have it? Shouldn't I just cure whole tank?

If you added quick cure already then I wouldn't worry about the temperature or the salt. I usually raise the temperature and add salt instead of using meds but the medicine will work quicker.
 
I just prefer to treat it as naturally as possible since we don't know what the long term affect medicine can have on a fish. In your case though, the ick looks pretty bad so I may have gone the medicine route like you did.
