Hi I have two oscars in a 125 both about 8 inchs I resently moved them from a 75 after moving them I saw what looked like the start of hole in the head little pinpricks scattered around
I live in canada and can not get a hold of any Api general cure. Any suggestions I do weekly 50% water changes and feed a wide arrange of food.

Welcome aboard
I suggest doing larger water changes. A few members here who has Oscars do fin level water changes weekly. Also make sure your filter is clean from waste and is able to keep up with the bioload. I'm stating that due to your positive reading of Nitrite.
