Hello Everyone, thanks in advance for the help.
Got back from a 3-day vacation today and found my favorite oscar swimming at the bottom of the tank. It has bulging eyes and a protruding anus. Also, the fish looks a bit bloated. It doesn't eat.
A few weeks ago my water change schedule was once every 2 weeks for 2 months, and the tank got dirty. So I'm suspecting it's bacterial....
Information:
120G, freshwater, set up for nearly 1 year, 2x Oscar (12" one is sick, 10") 2x silver arowana (16" and 12"), half a year ago the oscars were quarantined for HIH and recovered, 80F, no live plants, Fluval FX5 last cleaned 4 months ago, no lighting with a bit of natural sunlight through adjacent basement window, weekly water changes, fed 3x weekly with cheap food.
Thank-you once again for the help!
Michael
