The methylene blue will help her breath easier. It is also a good antifungal and swim bladder therapy. Salt the hospital tank at one tablespoon per five gallons. There is the possibility this could be renal failure or a kidney inflection. Bath in MB twice daily for 30 mins at 1teaspoon per 5 gallons. This should help her. Keep the bath water the same temp as the tank water. Keep her calm and tank dark.
 
well she was getting better last night, breathing was down,prowling the tank and she must have got a allot better some time last night, she busted the lid oof the tank and found her on the floor this morning, dry and stiff, new I should have slept on the couch. Thanks Aquanero i am sure was your advice that got her on the mend,

That's beat, I was so hoping she was going to come through this. I really think we could have saved her. That was tremendous progress from laying on her side gasping for breath. never underestimate the power of the blue. Sorry to hear this buddy.
