What bottom dweller fish would you suggest

I’d recommend any kind of catfish like 4 line pimelodus, syndontis cat, striped Raphael, since oscars make a decent mess and a catfish wouldn’t interfere with the Oscar. Also, I’ve seen people house oscars with larger schooling/shoaling fish like Baka sharks, tinfoil bars, lemon bars, Phoenix barbs, etc. this would also make the tank and fish more active since they swim around constantly. I’ve also seen people keep oscars with Geophagus, severums, and other less aggressive cichlids with no issues. If you want an Oscar “community” getting the fish I mentioned should be fine. However, if you are serious about breeding them, it’s best to keep them alone or with some of the bottom dwellers mentioned. Again, some of the fish i mentioned may get to big for the 100 gallon term so if you don’t plan on upgrading to 150 gallon + I’d just recommend keeping the Oscar Pair and maybe a catfish!

4 oscars in a 100 gl is 2 too many.
And although dither fish, or cats may distract, they will all add to the bioload, which is already taxed with the 4 oscars in that size tank.

Will silver dollars work?

You don't need catfish or silver dollars to clean up if the food you feed is small enough to be swallowed whole. An oscar's throat is smaller than what it can hold in its mouth. What a fish eats just turns into poop, which you have to remove plus the ammonia released by the catfish/SD. You're just increasing nitrates faster by getting a catfish/SDs.

Besides, 2 x 12" oscars pretty much over max the bioload for 100g.

Agree your best option for the health of the tank, is frequent siphoning of detritus along with water changes, not adding more waste producers.
