I have to oscar who arnt eatting who just laying around at the bottom of the tank.They havent eat in a few days.I've put new gravel and arrange the tank some.Buddy says depression.But I figure they would of came around by now.any suggestions on wat todo?

I have had that before with mine after arranging the tank. All I can figure is they get stressed due to a new enviroment, try keeping the lights off for a couple days and let it get used to see if that changes things.
As long as water quality isn't an issue then you can chalk it up to the fact that Os have personality and don't like anyone decorating their house but them.
What are you trying to feed them? I use Hikari and if my Os don't feel like feeding I get some chopped garlic (the stuff in a jar at the grocery) Put 20 Pellets in a cup. put some garlic in the cup and shake it up. Let it sit for about an hour. Then drop a couple of pellets in. I haven't seen an O refuse garlic scented food before.

i suspect it has something to do with the water parameters.
two oscars,parrot fish,green terror,jack dempsey,gold severum,armored catfish,hi fin catfish,and pleco. The oscars are about maybe 5inch's the parrot is like 2inches,the pleco prolly 5 and the others are all 2 inches or so.the filter atm is two aqua tech 30-60.
