What did you rinse that new gravel with?

Your stock list vs your filtration is indicating Water issues. Do some tests and post the results...

two oscars, parrot fish, green terror, jack dempsey, gold severum, armored catfish,hi fin catfish, and pleco. The oscars are about maybe 5inch's the parrot is like 2inches,the pleco prolly 5 and the others are all 2 inches or so.the filter atm is two aqua tech 30-60.

Lot of big watste fish. I think he's getting beat on by the JD or the terror. Even though they are small both of those fish will try to run the tank. Even though the oscars are bigger, they're not nearly as aggressive as the Dempsey and the GT. Check your water parameters as well. Unfortunately, I think your bioload might be too much for your filtration. Test your water to see. Sounds like a combo of water issues and cichlids being...well, cichlids

Test and report back first though. Pretty important

and i'm guessing you don't know your water parameters because do don't even have a test kit.

Can't we educate without the condescending undertone and the accusations?

How does an Oscar not eat? That's what they're built to do! They're the super eaters of the aquarium world lol

Ok now to be serious, I've had that issue before and it was caused by another fish being too aggressive and stressing the Oscar.

Things you could try are paying attention to the tank more but from a distance to see if that's that it is. You can also try different foods and different feeding patterns. Also get your water tested and make sure that's it's not poor water quality stressing it.

i'll add my 2 cents, cause i can.. lol.

yea, you're overstocked.. if you're taking good care of your tank, this probably isn't the issue. Oscars pout, if they don't like something you're feeding them, if you decorate "their" tank without their expressed written permission, if you add a fish they don't approve of.

give em a couple days, i've seen my old oscars pout for a week before they decided my version of tank decoration was acceptable.
