I had that same tank (same gallons, same woodgrain trim)
I found it was fully stocked with 1 male and 3 female Paratilapia.
At first it seemed a little sparse when they were young, but within a year they hit between 8 " (females)-10"(male) and the 4 made the tank appear to be quite small.
