The Oscar just looks a little thin and eyes appears to be larger than normal but Oscar looks ok.

I know he was way thinner then that when i got him he is just starting to bulk up only had him for a month here a pic of when i just got him sorry for the quality.

Those eyes look pretty clear to me, and not overly large.

Oscars have huge eyes even more so it seems when they are smaller. My Toni looked like a pair of eyes with a fish rapped around them. Eventually he/ she will grow into them sorta.
In duanes picture you see how in the wild they do a lot of surface hunting, so the need for big wide placed eyes to judge distance and the like.
