At what size would be recommended to get glass lids?

I saw some little guys at a lfs I really liked, they were about an inch and a half. I might get one and put it in my 20 gallon until my 55 gallon is finished.

I've seen Oscars jump tanks at only a few inches. Get glass tops as soon as possible. This isn't a constant thing to worry about but it's best to eliminate the possibility of it happening. You don't want to leave home only to return to find your fish dried on the floor. Weird things like this happens like this when people are away from their tanks.

Once the silicone dries, take it outside and fill it up and leave it for about an hour and watch for leaks.
