The Albino is letting other Oscar know that it is the boss. You may have to seperate if things get more physical. That is not a good sign when the Oscar is up in the corner.

At the moment I just take the bully Oscar out from tank in a separate container,
I am going to keep him for a couple days and I'm going to rescaped the tank and put it back in see any better will be a good idea to do??

Correction I meant the new Oscar is letting the Albino Oscar know it's the boss.
