Oscar scale peeling off. What type of treatment should I use?

Right now I'm doing 20 % water change daily (Prime & Salt)

Please help.

Ammonia 0, nirite 0, nitrate 15.
Just did another 30 percent water change with prime.
Temp 82
The other fish seems to be fine.

Not too sure is that got bully. Right now i seperate them.
