Yes, way too high. Oscars are one of the fish that don't do well with high nitrates. It's best to keep their nitrates under 20 ppm. It's a losing battle with all those fish in that tank though. You'd have to be doing 2-3 50% or more WC's a week. It's your fish, I'm just offering my opinion.
