having more filters a good thing but does not lower bio load, x amount of ammonia = x amount of nitrate, I would be doing 90% twice a week. any ideal what your nitrate reading are before water change?

Just checked my Nitrates before water change.Just under 20 ppm.

thats a good number to be at before water change, ideally want to not have it get higher than that at water change, keep an eye on it as they grow to full size.

I will pops. Thanks for the advice. Btw they have been moving gravel down to the glass bottom and moving plastic plants that I guess are in their way.
