I have a 125 gallon tank i would like to fill with Oscars (maybe jst a couple) but I also love the Crown Knife but I am concerned on how well the would get along. The CK I'm looking at is 10' and the Oscars are about 5 or 6'. Could I please get some feedback if you have any advise! Thank you!

It might work and it might not. There is no real rule of thumb for such. Give it a try and just have another tank to place the clown in, just in case the oscars attack it. You're at a slight advantage, because the clown is larger than the oscars.

my Osacar and CK got along for a couple days then it all went south.the Oscar is a coward and stayed clear of my Ck and the CK just liked to scare it when it wasnt looking.the Oscar went in the Ck's tube one day when i was cleaning and from then on the CK hated it and only chased it so had to move it out

Once the ck hits a certain size its aggression changes. Mine was a coward when small now at 10 inches it goes toe to toe with my mala wolf fish

It depends on the individual knife. Remember, though, that the clown knife will ultimately be about three times bigger than your oscars.

Thank you everyone! You all rock! :headbang2 I will be going to get my CK tomorrow hopefully so I will just start with him i suppose! Let him get established then start introducing a couple Oscars and just see how they do!

It's definitely a hit or miss with this combo. I've had it with great success, but my Oscar was the peace maker of the tank. My JD would beat up on the CK I had and the Oscar would go and push the JD out of the way. When my Jag and JD got into it, again, the Oscar would go break it up.

Yah didn't make it to pick up my knife :( Soon hopefully though! The Holiday madness is making everything crazy! And I first gotta get another tank set up for the fish that are still in my 125 gallon. I'm pretty sure the knife will eat them all and I don't want that!
