Oscar with a White spot

Ok all, I finally have some pics of the oscar with the problem, please let me know what you all think.........if it's just missing scales, or it's HITH. The pics are from a cell phone, that is all I have at the moment.........tell me what you all think?

that's a pretty big spot. have you been noticing any imporvement on that?

No, I haven't seen it get smaller or anything, and like I have said before, it doesn't seem to bother him, he still eats and dominates the tank. I have raised the temp a couple of degrees and put aquarium salt in there when I did a water change 2 days ago.
