oscar??

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
bump!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

if you suspect its the oscar then don't move it back, thats what i will do if that happens to me, or move it back then observe your fishes and if the oscar shows aggression to the others then its better for the others if his not there. btw how big is ur tank?

it a 75g right now i will upgrade soon :) i have problems with money and fish :D:D:D:D:D

I have seen an oscar eat a needle nose gar that was almost twice as long. Granted, it took the oscar a while to get the gar down, but he did do it. I would not be shocked if the oscar ate teh aro.

i know what you mean. hehehe!

this oscars got their own personalities really, one o is different from the other. some are very aggressive but some just on the moderate side.

my o's alot gentle when he was still about 2" small, and still i can keep him with my knife fish but gradually became aggressive as he grows bigger.

a 75g tank i think is big enough for ur fishes at the moment, i think the o really got a social problem if his the aggressive fish.

i'm pretty sure killed my silver aro and looked like he was going for my p bass. i moved out of the tank for 2-3weeks. i'm not sure if too move him back i don't want to give him away. my tank mates are 2xclown loachs 2.5-3"
2xp bass 4-4.5" 1x lima shovel nose 5.2" the oscar is about 2.5-3" do you think it is safe i don't want to lose any more of my fav fish :)

You thought that he MIGHT have killed your arrow and then he looked like he was going for your bass. If you think that he is going to go for your other fish I would not put him in. Better to be safe than sorry:D
