Sorry for your loss M Maryjane422

Moving forward I think you need to get to the bottom of why your tank is so cloudy. You say you haven't tested your water and that you do no more than 30% water changes every 2 weeks!! That tank dosen't look that big and yet I spotted 3 oscars, a blood parrot, some other smaller fish and you mentioned a pleco too, that may have been eaten?

Have you got an API liquid test kit to test for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and ph. What is the actual size of the tank, what filtration do you have and what is your total stock?

Yep. Unfortunately it's just a matter of time before the other fish are effected. This doesn't appear to be enough tank for a single oscar and nothing else.

Even with that, you need to do more like a 50-80% weekly water change and be careful with your feedings and what you feed.

Its 125 gallons. I just did a water change before I lost her and then i did another after it.. My stock is parrotfish 2 oscars, firemouth, blue akara, pleco, 5 mollies, pictus catfish, redtail shark, hi-fin bull sharkits overall a peaceful community they dont bother eachother. But im looking for a 250 to maybe 300 gal. tank Yes i have the master Kit ill test the water and let you guys know the reading.

I dont really have a hard time keeping it clear.. She wasnt my Oscar i had rescued her from someone who needed help cause they said she was being really aggresive toward the others so i took her. And I put her in mine and she was chasing the pleco around.

So my ammonia and nitrite is high? How do i fix these?

It looks to me like your water change schedule isn't sufficient enough to deal with your over all bio load that your stock is putting out. There is a lot of things you can do to remedy this.

1. Most important, up your water change schedule. Your current 30% every two weeks is no where near enough. I'd be going along the lines of 50% a week as a bare minimum. Your parameters will soon tell you if even this is enough.

2. Thin out your stock. Those fish still have some growing to do which increases your bio load even more.

3. Feed lightly. More food you give them, more pooping, more bio load.

Address those issues and your parameters should improve and you shouldn't have any more horrible cloudy water.

PS. Your ph looks to be sky high, others may chime in on this but I don't think that high ph is suitable for soft water oscars. duanes duanes
