Check the pH of the water in the tank. Clamped fins can sometimes be a sign of pH xhock brought on by a drastic swing. What exactly are you treating the water with?

If all water parameters are fine I wouldnt worry to much about it. He's probably just unhappy with you messing around in the tank. Give him some time to get over it. You could always buy him some flowers

then you can dump the flowers and give him the earthworms that came in the vase

he's getting better now. he's swimming but still not active as the others. i just remembered that he was really full when i had the water changed... could it be a possible reason for his sulking? i could've possibly over fed him cuz i always keep their tank with feeders.. and that guy... he just wont stop eating!@_@

He's just being a wuss by the sounds of it. As Wolf3101 explained, they can act like little children sometimes. So long as everything is in check, just dont worry about it.
