ive had my oscars approx 8months now. got them as 2'' dither fish to mature a tank due to moving house and they are 12'' and still growing. . .

A couple pics of my veil-fin Oscar. At a year old he's rather small but he was a rescue I never thought would actually live so I think he's doing pretty good.

Thank you. I've never seen another one with fins that long and I really think it's because he's in a tank by himself. My suggestion is keep your Oscar by himself, it seems like other fish just can't help but go after their fins.

That's a good looking red FishJunky. I had an Oscar that looked similar but she didn't have as much red as yours.

I picked up a 1'' Red Tiger Oscar back in May of 2009, and today he is 10.5" not even a year old.
