Plecos will eat oscar eggs, they are nocturnal and will eat the eggs while the Os are resting.
First I would remove the plecos and the other fish, or immediately after eggs are put down, and if fertile, (if some other fish are left) divide the tank with egg crate. Pair on one side, all other fish on the other .

I weight the horizontal parts of the divider down with heavy rocks, it must be strong enough to keep other fish from bending or breaking it down, and Os are very strong. I also snip off pieces at the top to wedge it under the rim.
