Oscars with angel fish?

Hello all

I have just set up a 180 gal tank with
1 8" silver arowana
3 tinfoil barbs
2 angel fish 3" tall
2 geo surinamensis
1 5" cuckoo synodontis
1 7" tiger shovel nose
1 albino pleco

I have been wanting to a add a fish with some personality. I Have kept oscars in the past. But it was always with really agressive fish. I know they can be quite docile but they can hold their own. I want to add an oscar or two to my tank but I am worried mostly about the angel fish. Do you think they would live peacefully together? Do you have any suggestions as to what kind of fish I can add? I was also thinking of removing the barbs and adding some discuss but that can get pricey. Tell me what you think.

I'd say your tank is pretty stocked up at the moment, and 3" angels with a big hungry oscar is just asking for disaster. I'd stick with what you've got and let them grow out, especially that aro...pics??

Agree with the guy above. Oscar is not a good choice with this stock.

I would be far more concerned about the TSN than the Oscar.

Thanks for replies. I have heard somepeople have had success in keeping oscars with angels in larger tanks. The tsn seems to gobble anything that fits in his mouth. He is growing super fast! Already doubled his size in a month! Everything seems o be doing well right now. I don't know why you called it a disaster combo. I do want to add something and I'm not very happy about the tinfoil barb discision. They may have to go. Any suggestions appreciated
