Oscars with Bichirs

I have had a senegal in with an oscar for a year now, no problems. Food could be a problem I guess for your less active bichirs such as yours, but mine learned quickly to adapt, and gets to the top as soon as food goes in. If your really concerned, i would just feed your oscars first w/ floating pellets, then throw in sinking pellets of some sort, problem solved.Monstaf1sh;2095600; said:

According to the PETsMART lady (who hates me), the Bichirs will get SO big that they will eat the Oscar whole. But in real life, I'd say it would definately work out if your Bichirs are of descent size and plump so the Oscars can't eat them. Good luck.
