I have 2 Oscars that are now about 4'-5". I can tell that the 20gal tank they are in is getting too small for them. What size tank should I go for inorder it keep 3 or 4 oscars and a few tank mates?

For 3-4 oscars a 150 gallon should be OK ... as for other tank mates ... well that depends on the tank mate

You need a min of a 75gal for the 2 you have, 100+ would be better.

Whats HITH?
I bought the two not knowing how fast they would grow, or how much room they would actually need. I've been saving up for a while to get the big tank which should happen in the next couple weeks.

HITH is also known as hole in the head

I kept my first oscar pair in a 20 as well when I first got em'. Having such a fast growing fish in a tank that small can cause hole in the head to occur pretty quickly.
