I believe that a 55 is a great growout tank but for life you have to go with aleast 150 gallons a 180 is great i feed my o's hakari gold they love it mine don't want anything else goodluck with your o's they make great wet pets.

oscars have lots of personality and attitude. they get along wit5h almost everything, but fight most everything lol
