How are getting a preban?? It will be banned once your hands touch it correct? Unless you have your class 3 FFL?

I am having problems right now trying to inherrit preban select fire weapons from my father AK-47, select MP5, M4 Carbine, M16, and various other full/select auto weapon systems. What paper work do I need??
