Otter Point Peacock

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
He is definitely going to be a nice fish! Is that a Copadichromis Chysonotus White Blaze I see in the back?

There's a couple albino eureka reds, a Taiwan reef I'm hoping is a male, a copadichromis azureus, and a
Copadichromis trewavasae likoma (Ivory Head Mloto) which is the one I think you're talking about with the three dots. He's looking like he's going to be coloring up soon too he's got almost neon blue color inbe his scales on his body.

Yeah, I was referring to the Mloto in the back corner with three dots. The Copadichromis Chrysonotus are very similar looking to the Mloto. Yours looks to have a good start towards the Ivory Mohawk. Any down to the nose yet? And back to the Otter Point, I’m jealous. I don’t have one of those. (Yet) Lol!

On the mloto there's just barely some white right before his dorsal fin starts that looks more like light grey now so he's still got a ways to go. And you should definitely get an otter point , there is something with white on on a fish that is stunning
You might be able to see the lighter grey down below

Yeah, I’m putting a call in tomorrow to my connection to see if I can get one. How big is your Mloto? Mine is 5”+. I’ll try to get a good pic of him tomorrow and toss it up here for you to see. I had to laugh at your pic, it looks like your sponge filter is about to catch fire. Lol!

My mlotos still small he's about 3.5 inches maybe a little bigger, my fish seem to be allergic to rulers lol. The sponge filter is that high because I had an airstone and a fish liked to play in it swimming up and down in the current the bubbles made so when I switched it to a sponge I left the same pressure. I'd love to see a pic of your mloto or anyother fish you want to upload. The more the merrier

Those are some good looking fish, I hope my little guy will color up like that soon! I thought I saw a bichir maybe a Senegal in one of those pics, do you keep it with your peacocks/haps? I thought about keeping one with mine for a while but was too scared it might attack fish at night.

Pic of my red top lwanda. He's a fast lil bugger this is the only sorta clear shot I got

Wow, the Lwanda is nice. He’s going to turn out really nice! Thanks for the compliments. I don’t have a Bichir or a Senegal, I think that’s tlindsey tlindsey you saw. I’m sure he could chime in and give us a clue. I’ve been afraid to put one in my tank also.
